Cider, Sage & Molasses Truffle

A food pairing suggestion led to the development of a Lindt  Extra au Lait ganache with a local Cider, home grown Sage and Molasses in truffle balls and then individually hand coated with Lindt Surfin dark chocolate and appropriately decorated!
